Henry Bowden and Joel Pierleoni (left) beat Harry Lazell and Harrison Birch 6-3 6-3 to clinch the first ever Tennis Europe Doubles event to be organised in Liverpool. The Nike Junior International organised by Northern Vision has attracted players from all over Europe to compete for ranking points at the excellent facilities at the Bidston Tennis Center on the Wirral. The Tournament is sanctioned by the LTA and is part of the extensive Tennis Europe calendar and is followed up next week by an International tennis Federation Grade 5 which attracts players from 50 different nations to Liverpool.
The Third edition of Collector Bank Norwegian Open came to an end last week after an amazing Super Saturday at a packed Oslo Tennisarena . Team Casper Ruud and Norwegian tennis in general is about to enter its most exciting period possible in its history. Never before has a tennis event in Norway recieved as much media coverage with daily features on NRK Nyheter , TV 2 Sporten , VG , Dagbladet Sporten ,Aftenposten and NTB scanpix in addition to many more newspapers and online platforms such Tennis-Norge.com, Facebook , Twitter and Instagram.
